Melissa Hudson, AAHCC

I am wife to the love of my life, and mother to two beautiful girls
16 mo. apart  and a precious little boy. I am a Licensed Practical
Nurse (LPN), but have been blessed with the opportunity to stay home
with our children. My home is in Belfair, but I am currently holding my classes in Port Orchard at the new Poplar Heights Birthing Center.

All of our children were born using the Bradley method ®. We were so
happy with the content of the classes; we were relaxed and prepared
for our labors. My husband learned to be a great coach for me, and
was an important part in bringing his children into this world. We
feel we are bonded together as a family for it. Our wonderful
experience inspired me to become a Bradley Method ® teacher. I can’t
wait to help you learn about giving birth!

Alexia Hadfield, BAS

I am a navy wife and mother to my two girls. I  have a degree in Exercise Science and I am a nationally certified personal trainer through the National Endurance Sports Training Association (NESTA). I am also a DONA trained doula. I am fortunate that I am able to stay home with the girls. I live in Belfair but will attend births in Kitsap and North Mason Counties. We used the Bradley Method® for the birth of our first daughter and hynosis with our home planned water birth of our second daughter.  I believe birth is a natural process, I also believe every woman has a choice of how she wants her birth experience to be and will attend births for planned natural and medicated labors.

Fitness is also a passion of mine. I am also offering prenatal exercise. I have experience working with pregnant women and women who want their “pre -baby” body back.
